New Team led by President Rtn. Madhav Muthiah took over in a grand function on the July 8th at Hotel Amika.Many Visiting Rotarians were present to witness the Installation. The President announced his plans for the year and Club wishes him and his team the best.

Rotary Club of Madurai Metro Heritage donated Microscope to M.C Higher Secondary School. The beneficiaries were 1600 students.

Rotary Club of Madurai Metro Heritage is happy to share that we have got 26 awards overall including Best Club, Best Secretary, Best President etc. We thank Dist Governor Jerald for this encouragement. The Valedictory Program of Rotary Club of Madurai Metro Heritage took place on Saturday 24th June at Gateway Pasumalai. The Chief guest PDG AKS MMM, Guest of Honour - DG Jerald and DGND Karthik were were present. Also present were PDG RVN Kannan, AG Ravi Parthasarathy and many district officials. We also had a lot of visiting Rotarians from Kodai, Trichy, Karur, Dindigul and Madurai. The highlight of the event was the wonderful speech of PDG AKS Muruganandam. Awards and Momentos were given to many Rotarians, Anns and Annets of the club to recognise their efforts. The meeting was followed by Fellowship and Dinner with a Live Band playing Old Tamil Hits .

Bulletin Team discussed and finalised the final edition of the Bulletin for the year.

Rotary Club of Madurai Metro Heritage has secured a place in the Asia Book of Records by doing 132 service projects in a single day. Each project was dedicated to a Rotary Club in the district.

Club Assembly was held on 9th June.

Rotary Club of Madurai Metro Heritage is happy to present a series on Awareness on Drug Abuse and Mental Health Awareness with various celebrities in Cinema.

As part of the Spreading Happiness Project - Saravanan and Anuradha provided lunch at Britto Children's home.
